Workshops
Join us for a 3hr session to learn modern tie dye techniques.
The session will include safety when using dyes and auxiliary products. All PPE will be supplied, but please wear old clothing in case of major spillages. You will be shown different techniques and will have the opportunity to try some out. You will given instructions for batching and washing out at home as the dye needs at least 48hrs to cure.
What you will be able to dye
You will be supplied with 1 t-shirt (available sizes are Small -2XL in unisex and Extra small - 2XL Ladies fit) 1 shopper/cross body bag. You will also be able to bring along 1 item of your own to dye but it must be 100% cotton, no more than 400gms in weight, washed but NO softener as this can stop the dye from binding to the fabric. Please note if you bring the wrong item you won't be able to dye it and no alternative will be supplied. All workshops are attended at your own risk.
Under 16yrs sessions coming soon
There will be workshops for under 16's available soon, the workshop will be geared to the younger dyer.
